Cancel future renewals
Open Manage billing from your signed-in account to cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves paid access until the end of your current paid period. You can continue on the Free plan afterward, subject to its limits.
Request help with a charge
If you were charged unexpectedly, charged twice, or could not use a paid feature because of a service problem, email contact@autocaptiongenerator.com. Include your account email, order or receipt reference and a short description of what happened. Do not send a card number, password or sign-in code.
How requests are handled
We review refund requests individually, including service failures and applicable consumer rights. A refund is not automatically issued when you cancel. Polar is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds under its checkout buyer terms. Timing depends on Polar and your payment provider; we cannot guarantee an immediate credit.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not remove refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply under the law governing your purchase. Contact us if you need help identifying or exercising a right relating to your order.
